The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a consultative leadership body that works closely with the clergy to support and animate the life of St. Charles Lwanga Catholic Parish – Muyeye. Through prayer, dialogue, planning, and shared responsibility, the Council helps the parish remain faithful to its mission and responsive to the needs of the community.
The Council brings together representatives from different parts of parish life, including parish groups, Christian communities, outstations, and other key pastoral structures. In this way, it helps ensure that the wider parish family participates in discernment, communication, and decision-making for the good of the Church.
The work of the PPC includes pastoral planning, review of parish activities, support for parish coordination, and encouragement of collaboration among ministries, committees, and communities. Working hand in hand with the clergy, the Council helps strengthen unity, accountability, and the effective carrying forward of the parish mission.
