Dear parishioners and friends of St. Charles Lwanga Parish, Muyeye, Malindi Diocese,
With joy and gratitude, we share that the long-awaited statue of Our Lady is now under construction at our parish grotto. The work is being done by Ugandan artist Mr. Patrick Loi and his team.
Once completed, the statue will be a source of inspiration for our parish. It will animate our faith, deepen our devotion to Our Lady Mary, Mother of God, and strengthen our spirit of prayer. It will also encourage us to imitate Mary’s faithful life—humble, obedient, and prayerful.
We thank all who have supported this project through prayers, encouragement, and contributions. May Our Lady continue to intercede for us and lead us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.
